Grimm Artisanal Ales is making some of the best beer in NYC right now. And we have their best on tap for you:
Tesseract – This luminous hazy-golden beauty is bursting with layers of super fresh, hoppy complexity: aromas of berry, tropical fruit, and citrus are married to undertones of resinous, dank spruce. The bitterness is firm yet soft around the edges, and the mouthfeel is creamy and luscious. Brewed with Mosaic, Falconer’s Flight, and Citra hops.

Energy Field – Hazy New England-style double IPA featuring Amarillo, Centennial, and Galaxy hops. Flavors of unripe mango and floral tropical fruit intersect with old-school piney and woodsy hop characteristics.

Icing on the Cake – Icing on The Cake is a luscious dessert stout that tastes like a liquid slice of flourless chocolate cake. Like the best stouts, it improves as it warms from cellar temperature up to room temperature. Even dessert stouts must be in balance, and for us that means the last sip should taste better than the first.

Rainbow Dome – A glowing opaque yellow pour with long lasting white foam. Tart aromas of stone fruit and fruity hops (El Dorado, Columbus, Mosaic, and Falconer’s Flight). Intense apricot on the palate with soft, inviting acidity. Full, creamy mouthfeel with pleasantly spicy tannins from both fruit skins and new oak. Crush, crush, crush.

Today’s Special – Pale ale featuring Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, and Ekuanot hops. We’re tasting papaya, strawberries, candied peaches, pineapple, and oranges.

Halftone – Half Tone is a relatively crisp riff on NE-style IPA with notes of strawberry and passionfruit. Simcoe and Azacca take the starring roles here.

Lumen – Beautifully hazed-up new school IPA. Juicy and soft with an aroma that catches your attention from across the room. Velvety mouthfeel, soft bitterness. Citra, Mosaic, Equinot, and El Dorado varietals kicking out a range of tropical flavors. Perfectly balanced and dialed in.

Zero Anniversary – Inaugural DIPA for our new home in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, featuring Mosaic, Galaxy, Bravo, Simcoe, and Sorachi. Happy zeroth birthday!
